We ship our products Fresh in Cellophane bags, double wrapped in bubble wrap, bubble wrapped, again / packed into a box, sealed then boxed into another box for as much protection during its shipping journey.

Our goal is for all cookies to make it to their destination as if they were picked up here . Unfortunately we can not be held responsible for the actual delivery, Non delivery, damage. once it leaves our hands.
